Returns of goods

Below we have prepared a recommended procedure for customers/consumers to return goods (withdrawal from the contract) within 14 days. Of course, you can also use any other legal procedure.

If you are a consumer, you have the right to return the purchased goods without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, according to § 1829 (1) of the Civil Code.

In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your withdrawal from this contract by unilateral legal action (for example, by letter or e-mail). You can also use the attached sample withdrawal form.

You may also use any other unambiguous statement to withdraw from the contract. If you use this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of this withdrawal notice immediately.

In order to comply with the time limit for withdrawal from this contract, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal before the expiry of the relevant time limit. The goods must be sent no later than the 14th day after receipt.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of delivery, without undue delay, and no later than 30 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of your chosen method of delivery being other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us). We will only use a transfer of funds to your bank account to refund payments. In no case will you incur additional costs.

However, we will only refund the payment once we have received the returned goods. Goods sent on cash on delivery are not accepted.

How can you return the goods?

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, including any accessories and capable of resale. Do not forget the receipt to prove purchase.

- Bank account number (for foreign countries - IBAN + SWIFT code of the bank)
